Day 14 – Who Knows the Exit?
It was just a power cut — until smoke began seeping under the office door.
Panic.
Shouting.
No one knew where the fire escape was.
They had walked past the exit sign every day. But in the dark, with fear rising, nobody remembered.
Some ran toward the elevator. Others froze.
It took a security guard — who had done the fire drill — to lead everyone out safely.
Knowing where to go before things go wrong can save your life.
Emergency exits aren’t decorations. They’re lifelines.
Do you know where yours is?
Have you ever done a proper drill?
Can you find your way out in the dark, with zero warning?
In a crisis, your body follows what your mind has rehearsed. Train it.
