I’m so excited to start my Health, Safety and Environment – HSE level 1 course with you all today🥳🥳🥳

Now, the course has been divided into 8 lessons, the total length of all the videos is 2 hours which means taking 2 to 3 lessons a day will make us finish this course in 4 days without spending even up to an hour a day. That’s good news right?.

TODAY’S LESSONS.

COURSE INTRODUCTION
It gives a brief talk about what we’ll be learning through out the course which includes understanding the fundamentals of HSE, understanding the importance of HSE, knowing the common HSE terminologies like Near misses, Risks, incidents,Hazards, etc. And many other things we’ll be talking about.

LESSON 1: I learnt about what occupational safety and health is and the need for ensuring safety in the workplace.

LESSON 2: I learnt about what safety paradigm is, which is, having the appropriate mindset towards safety at the workplace as an individual or an organization. It’s important to have the right perspective towards safety in the workplace.
