Elimination of course. Why should we substitute if we can eliminate hazard. Unless maybe there is no way to Eliminate the hazard then we can fall on the substitution.

Great submission, Boss Samuel, it’s rather unfortunate in our real world of work, elimination is most often not possible as the job needs to be done despite it’s associated risk and hazards

Above 23.5%, the atmosphere is considered oxygen-enriched, which increases the risk of fire or explosion. Normal atmospheric oxygen is about 20.9%. Levels above this can make materials ignite more easily and burn more intensely. -
