Lack of supervision and inadequate training caused the accident . To prevent this they should have been taken through a safety training before being introduced to the work.

The hammer serves as a scale to the outcrop. Because the geological hammer has a standard size and its globally recognized, it gives us the change to know the average size of the outcrop(Rock)
