By showcasing your adaptability and ability to transfer skills, you can prove your value to potential employers.Remember, interviews are used to determine capability and not competency, hence, it’s all about demonstrating that you have what it takes to excel in the role, even if your experience is not an exact match.

They were also proactive, realizing their language limitations, they took steps to improve and showed a genuine willingness to grow in the role.
The first two really sold their skills well, showed appreciation, enthusiasm, and promise. On the other hand, the last individual seemed to lack confidence and professionalism.
