Cardinal Namdini Mining Limited (CNML) is a subsidiary of Shandong Gold Mining Co. Ltd., which is duly listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE). CNML is developing its’ primary asset located in the Upper East Region of Ghana with a strategic vision to build a world-leading, highly valuable and responsible world-class gold mining enterprise.
Job Summary:

Job reports to: Supply Chain Superintendent
Direct Reports: Contract Administrator
Job Purpose
Responsible for the preparation and management of the contracting process. To ensure all contracts and agreements are legally sound, financially feasible, and in line with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Lead in negotiating contract terms and conditions with vendors to ensure that they are in the best interest of the organization.
Reviewing bids from prospective vendors and awarding contracts based on price, quality of work, past performance, and other factors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries.
Conducting audits to ensure that vendors are complying with the terms of their contracts.
Coordinating with other departments within an organization to ensure that contracts are effective.
Communicating regularly with vendors to ensure that they are meeting their contractual obligations.
Proactively identify potential risks and issues associated with proposed contracts and make recommendations to mitigate those risks.
Update the contract register form regularly and make sure all the contract information are fully recorded.
Contract execution and management.
Required Skills or Experience
Minimum qualification(s)
- B. Tech/Degree / Higher National Diploma in Business Administration with additional qualification in Supply Chain Management
Experience (Minimum)
- 7 years of working experience as a contracts officer or contracts administrator in a similar position.
Knowledge (In-depth)
- Fundamental knowledge of offer and acceptance law.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents, financial reports and technical documents.
- Ability to apply arithmetic concepts such as fractions, ratios and proportions to real scenarios.
- Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain procedures.
- Good understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and occupational, safety and
environmental regulations and laws.
