    • Thank you so much, Sir Beny, for the educative tip😄 I noticed strong persistence and resilience from the job seekers. Despite setbacks around qualifications, they stayed positive and mentally prepared for rejections, pushing through with determination.

They were also proactive, realizing their language limitations, they took steps to improve and showed a genuine willingness to grow in the role.

The first two really sold their skills well, showed appreciation, enthusiasm, and promise. On the other hand, the last individual seemed to lack confidence and professionalism.

        • When searching for a job, you might come across roles where you lack direct experience. In such instances, you should review your personal skills, including personal attributes to see which of them align with the role requirements and highlight the specific skills you possess that can be applied in a similar way or space as the desired role. Although you have not directly performed the accountabilities of that role, demonstrate how your skillset can bridge the gap. By showcasing your adaptability and ability to transfer skills, you can prove your value to potential employers.

Remember, interviews are used to determine capability and not competency, hence, it’s all about demonstrating that you have what it takes to excel in the role, even if your experience is not an exact match.

          • Adaptability and exploration are two major factors we need to focus on.
